In addition to preparing for the exam, you will understand the meaning and principles of the PM BoK standard from PMI, which is a globally extended process standard and often becomes the basis for corporate and organizational methodologies.

Understanding the PMI standard means understanding the essence of project management.

The course is addressed primarily to those interested in PMI certification PMP and CAPM (PMI – Project Management Institute). The course meets the qualification requirements for the PMI-PMP and CAPM exams (35 contact hours).

The course is also intended for all those interested in project management methodology according to PMI PM BoK, one of the world’s most recognized project management methodologies.
