TAP: Training Delivery Skills - Refresher

This one-day course is designed to re-validate delegate’s TAP© Training Delivery Skills Digital Badge, by evaluating and developing training skills in line with the TAP© guidelines.It will enhance and consolidate the skills of trainers who have previously completed a TAP© Training Delivery certification or digital badge, no less than 24 months ago. It will build upon their existing knowledge and address key areas of delivery improvement, enabling them to remain current with best practices and ensure their sessions are engaging and impactful.Participants will benefit from comprehensive self-paced online learning, a live session with trainer and peer feedback, and the latest insights in training delivery methodologies.
