Business analysis in the context of BABOK

BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) is a recognized standard for business analysis professionals. It is a collection of knowledge and practices in the field of business analysis, which is published by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The training is focused on practical training of skills in business analysis and solution design, as well as application of BABOK concepts and methods. Each training day:

one specific task is practiced and the analysis and solution proposal is processed in the context of the BABOK.

is composed of interactive exercises and practical project tasks that participants solve during the course in teams of 2-4 participants.

is supplemented by selected theoretical presentations to supplement the information and definitions necessary for the training.
